Downtown grade B office building right off Nanjing Lu, just a few minutes away from Shanghai Center. The main building on Tongren Lu is taken up by English First, the other buildings in the back hosts reasonably priced office and some gyms. A bit of Shanghai trivia, this is also where Element Fresh started with a juice bar inside one of the gyms.
