The Shanghai Japanese School Pudong was established in April 2006 and designed for those of Japanese nationality. Grades 1-6 of primary are taught as well as the first, second and third years of Junior High School. Tuition is 2,060rmb a month per student and is usually paid in 3-month installments across the year. Enrolment at the school costs 2,250rmb.
