A cozy baking/pastry workshop in an old Shanghainese neighbourhood. They offer a variety of pastry & baking classes like making choux pastry, French macaroon, tart, brioche, croissant, Kouign-amann and so much more. Students learn professional baking knowledge and practical skill sets from a French culinary school educated baker/pastry chef. They also provide entry level classes for kids as well.
