Restaurant specializing in Paomo, which is popular throughout Shaanxi. It's basically Shaanxi "bread" cooked in beef/lamb broth. Each batch of broth takes 2-3 days to make from start to finish, beginning from soaking the meat and bones in water. The mo (bread) is also made in-house everyday. They also serve roujiamo and Shaanxi noodles.
