The name of the restaurant originated from a Chinese woman who had lived in Europe. The wife wanted to return to China an create a sushi brand for women, but had passed away before realising it. The woman's husband created this restaurant in memory of his late wife. The chefs in the shop have more than 5 years of Japanese food experience and more than 6 years of sushi experience.
