A German styled bakery founded in 2006. Their head baker Matthias focuses on traditional recipes using ingredients imported from -- you guessed it -- Germany. This Huaihai Lu branch is small and cosy, with a central location close to Shanghai Library. They’ve got a few seats inside, serving a selection of authentic pastries, desserts, and coffee. Some specialities include pretzels, cheesecakes, and brownies. Breakfast ranges from 18rmb (croissant with an Americano) to 33rmb (sandwich and a coffee of your choice).
