    Just steps away from the Bund, Dugout is a streetside cafe serving all-day brunches on Fuzhou Lu. The space is quite compact, but they have a few seats outdoors. Food prices are similar to other downtown wanghong restaurants -- roughly 68rmb-128rmb for a main course. The portions are big though. Some of their most popular dishes are beef burgers and bacon and egg soufflés. This venue is pet-friendly.
