    Wulu is a teahouse and bistro on Fenyang Lu. This cute spot features a bright, minimalist design with wooden chairs, serving a small selection of fusion food, tea drinks as well as wines. Price is not cheap, but the environment is quite neat - especially for a hot summer day. One bonus is they provide power outlets under each table.
