Located right next to Cafe on Air on Sinan Lu, Fenoli is a modern bistro featuring authentic Continental delicacies, along with other exclusive treats, such as their home-made duck hams, and drunker tiramisu - which is regular tiramisu sunk in three types of alcohol. Interior seems like a tube with a minimalist decoration. The space isn't big, but seats are very comfy. Food is reasonably priced with delicate plating. Attentive staff and cosy environment. On weekdays, Fenoli is only open for dinner but at the weekend, they open at 11.30am and also serves brunch.
