Their specialty is the hand pulled lamb platter with vinegary dipping sauce and chili powder served in a hearty portion for two. Other offerings include "big plate" chicken, Lanzhou beef soup noodles, pan-fried beef mantou, etc. Drink of the day is "eight treasure" tea - hot green tea with dried fruits and honey.
