Located at Meet & Eat in Gubei, Changning District, Cepa is the new concept from Spanish eatery Tres Perros on Fumin Lu, which is a friendly dining space serving tapas and wines. They've got a similar menu to the original location, yet making some slight changes, for example, piquillo peppers here are stuffed with crab meat rather than pork. Popular orders go to comfort food like ham and porcini croquettes and cheesecake. A lovely go-to for a casual yet hearty meal.
