Refuge MMA is a modern martial arts academy with one studio in Gubei, at Meet & Eat. Little Hero is their dedicated kids program, which is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based program, that also incorporates boxing, wrestling, karate and fitness; available for age of 4 - 14. The classes are divided by different ages groups. The youngest ages group (4 - 6 years) learn a class called "MMA Foundation", which combines a mixed of fundamental skills from a various martial arts and fitness training, so the children could explore their own interests for particlar martial arts and get their body prepared for future training. Starting from 6 years old and above, they offer more standard and progressive classes for decicated martial arts training, including Little Hero BJJ, Little Hero Boxing and Little Hero Fit.
