Inward is a bespoke, emotional wellness advocacy firm and platform that specializes in helping people to understand and improve their mental well-being, emotional awareness, and interpersonal relationships. Inward's mission is to create safe, approachable, and compassionate opportunities for people to explore and understand their personal adversities on a deeper and more holistic level by exploring the influence that their past experiences have had in shaping the person they are at present and the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that currently hold them back from experiencing life to the fullest. Inward actively advocates for greater awareness and destigmatization around physical and mental health adversity whilst aiming to promote a safe and open space for people to talk about their life struggles and experiences without shame. Inward offers free referrals to mental and physical health professionals, as well as free and affordable counseling and medical support to the community and survivors of trauma and domestic violence through the Inward Fund.
