A French bistro with a Chinese twist. In the Front of the house is helmed by Pesca, a seasoned wine advocate, and a blind-taste test champion. You would want to pick his brains for your next bottle of wine. Their kitchen is a young and small team led by a previous Sous chef at the Capella Hotel just down the road from us. The twist? Traditionally, food from North China has always been seen as unpresentable or rough around the edges. They have taken certain dishes and put our own spin using modern culinary techniques but still packs that traditional flavor.
