This integration aids teachers in designing teaching methods that align with children's natural inquiry tendencies.

Teachers and children at the IB kindergarten engage in interdisciplinary exploration, following the approach advocated by esteemed institutions like Stanford and Yale. They explore the Six Transdisciplinary Themes of IBPYP, not only anchoring themselves in the present but also expanding their spatial vision to outer space and extending their temporal vision to the 22nd century. The teachers at Xiaomiao Kindergarten all possess a background in early childhood education and the necessary qualifications for kindergarten teaching, with 100% holding these credentials. Additionally, over 65% of the teachers have more than five years of teaching experience. They have all undergone official IB training and have obtained IB certification. Other staff members such as life teachers, healthcare teachers, and nutritionists also hold relevant certification, all standing at 100%. Within the framework of the educational research conducted by the group, teachers undergo intensive IB training during winter and summer vacations, continuously enhancing their skills in integrated IB teaching.
