The kindergarten attaches great importance to the professional development of teachers, and all teaching staff in the kindergarten are required to hold certificates. Each class is equipped with one foreign home classroom teacher, one Chinese home claasroom teacher, one assistant teacher and one life teacher. The teacher-student ratio can reach about 1:4-6, truly achieving small class and high-quality education.
