Located on the second floor above Nouri, Appetite consists of three unique spaces. It includes an R&D kitchen that can accommodate up to 8 guests, a listening room offering tapas, and the art lounge, an intimate space seating up to 7 guests. The restaurant is led by Chef Ivan Brehm of Nouri fame, and it showcases his farm-to-table concept with a weekly updated menu.
