This is chef Nacho Virgen and partner Karina Sasmita’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Shanghai giving their popular Smokin' Hog pop-up a permanent home. The menu is as authentic as Texas BBQ as can be expected but with some Mexican dishes like nachos, chili con carne, and tacos.
