The renowned Ministry of Crab from Sri Lanka, featured on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list in Colombo, has extended its reach to Dempsey Hill. The crabs, sourced from the northern oceans of Sri Lanka, are transformed into garlic, chilli, and pepper crab dishes. The menu is dedicated to crabs, starting from 500-600 grams and scaling up to the colossal Crabzilla, a 2kg+ giant. For those who prefer alternatives to crabs, freshwater prawns are also available, ranging from 100 grams to the impressive Prawnzilla, weighing over 500 grams.
