Renowned chef Costas Spiliadis, who first opened Milos in Montreal, has launched this restaurant to showcase seafood and Greek cuisine. The restaurant features a signature open seafood market where diners can choose from a curated selection of seafood flown in from the Mediterranean. Notable dishes include whole fish sashimi, whole fish baked in sea salt, lobster pasta Athenian-style, and chargrilled Mediterranean octopus. These can be paired with Singapore's largest selection of Greek wines.
