Changning branch of the charming Spanish café that started on Fumin Lu and sells cheap coffee, beer, wine, and tapas. The food isn't amazing but it's reasonably priced, the place has character, and it's very comfortable. Plus, this location has patio seating right on tranquil Tai'an Lu - super nice spot in the warm months, and thus starts to get busier after work. The place is so dog friendly that they'll hook your pooch up with a bowl of water when they come through. Solid spot for an afternoon with a book or a friend, or an evening drink. Dishes are ideal for sharing but perfectly fine to dig into solo.
