Waibaidu Bridge, also known as the Garden Bridge, is one of those places in Shanghai that most people walk across without thinking—until they stop and look. Sitting at the mouth of Suzhou Creek where it meets the Huangpu River, this steel truss bridge dates back to 1908 and has been part of the city’s skyline ever since.
