Supremely chill neighborhood coffee shop that doubles as a shoe maintenance place for leather and suede shoes (they do this at another location so there's no strong shoe polish smell). It's a nice spot to sit and work, stare out the window, or sit outside on the sidewalk. Coffee is excellent and artisan but not crazy expensive (25rmb for an americano) and they have a few small desserts which are also quite good. One popular move is to get something from MBD across the street and eat it with coffee here. It's pet friendly and there's also a decent selection of books and magazines, mostly in Chinese. Good for conversation but not too noisy to work. At night this place turns into a dimly lit cocktail bar called chercher from 6pm-1am with cocktails in the 100rmb range.
