Duo Yun Xuan Art Museum is a multi-functional art space in Xuhui District, operated by Duoyunxuan, a historic Chinese art brand founded in 1900. Opened in 2015, the nearly 30,000 sqm center brings together a museum, gallery, auction hall, art cinema, intangible cultural heritage exhibition space, and artist studios, creating a platform that connects art appreciation, collection, research, education, and cultural exchange. Located near the Xuhui Riverside area, the center regularly hosts exhibitions covering traditional Chinese art, contemporary culture, illustration, rare books, and heritage crafts, including projects focused on Duoyunxuan’s renowned woodblock printing techniques and historical collections. Beyond exhibitions, it also runs public art education programs, workshops, and academic collaborations, continuing the legacy of Duoyunxuan while exploring new ways to present traditional culture to contemporary audiences.
