Very solid Cuban bar opened in August 2026 by veteran Shanghai bartender/operator Yao Lu (Union Trading Co.) on the once-rowdy stretch of Xiangyang Lu between Changle and Julu Lu (it's still got a little juice in it). They're sticking to the Cuban theme across all dimensions here, from the drink menu (Hemingway Daquiris, Cuba Libres), to the food that they serve until like 1:45am (Cuban sandwiches, chocolate pot desserts), the music, and decor. It's subtle though, and really well done. Cocktails average around 100rmb. Excellent service, good chat. It's a place for solo trips, dates, or exploring the menu with a few companions. Definitely more of a sit down and chat kinda place, and worth checking.
