Fiery Sichuan-style hot pot. Main point of difference is their fish head -- the yu tou in the name -- which is basically the centerpiece of every table eating here. Plenty of other Sichuan dishes, and various parts of a carp besides its head, available too. Out of the way, but worth the trip.
