Dolar Shop is a sort-of fancy Macau chain. Their schtick is serving individual pots of broth, as opposed to a central cauldron in which everyone dips, and a DIY sauce bar with a monstrous choice of ingredients. Decor is a lot slicker than your average hotpot joint, too, and accordingly, prices are a bit higher.
