Sitting right next to the JIng'an Sculpture park in Jing'an district, and only one block away from Nanjing Lu and Taikoo Hui, Ladoll's most convenient feature is its location in downtown Shanghai. It's also one of the greenest compounds in the city, with a park and lake inside the compound (though it can't be used much in summer due to mosquitos). It's relatively well managed, too, with each building having it's own security guard and trash collection on every floor. The big underground car park was obviously designed before most families had two cars, so it's often not possible to get a space. Before the expat-exodus in 2022/2023 it was hugely popular with expats.
