One of the most popular clubs in Shanghai with young, well off locals, Phebe is ostentatious and over the top. It's filled with screens and bling, costumed waitstaff and, at times, models hired to play mini golf and pretend to play the piano. It's suitably ridiculous but fun, if you want somewhere loud, obnoxious and very nouveaux to rattle your dice.
