C'est la Vie Cafe & Bar is at the entrance to People's Square (next to Starbucks, and the gate that goes into Kathleen's 5, Barbarossa, and the Shanghai Art Museum). The location was formerly a Hello Pizza. They kept the pizza oven, but have fixed up the decor with antique furniture and a bit of golden age antique Shanghai style. The food menu includes pizza, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, home made soups, and desserts. They've added ILLY coffee, and a drink menu of classic cocktails and imported and domestic beer, like Vedett and Beer Lao. Their mojitos are made with fresh mint from our garden. Lunch specials are 58rmb, afternoon tea specials are 38-48rmb. There are 5 outdoor tables, and 2 levels inside. Free WIFI internet.
