On most nights of the week, it's new rock music from local and traveling bands in a variety of styles of rock, pop, metal, punk, and more. A medium capacity venues, beers are cheap, staff is friendly, and it's at the center of its own little music community up there in northern Shanghai. It's a bit of a trek if you live in the city center, but it's worth it because it's got the history, the heart, and soul.
