Established in 1991, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is a business organization supporting commerce between China and Italy. As of 2017, it had 545 members, and five branch offices; Beijing, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Suzhou. Recognized by both the Italian and Chinese government, the Chamber is built around 8 working groups covering various sectors of strategic importance to Italian companies in China. They provide training, information and networking opportunities for members, as well various member perks like visa support and discounted insurance. They also have a program called "Friends of CICC," which involved Chinese companies in CICC activities and integrates them into the network.
