Opened in 1999, Jenny’s Blue Bar is a down-to-earth establishment that has been a favorite among expats and locals alike, and one of the longest lasting establishments on bustling Donghu Lu. Friendly staff (and occasionally a cat), a large projector for watching football games, a foosball table and decent pints of Guinness. Drinks are moderately priced.
