Pulau Ketam is an upmarket Singaporean/Malaysian crab house concept from the people behind Haiku by Hatsune and Kagen Teppanyaki. The menu is small, simple, and centered around two varieties of imported crab -- Dungeness and Sri Lankan -- and two classic preparations -- black pepper or Singaporean chili. The rest of the menu features supplementary dishes like homemade tofu with spinach, spring rolls, and fried garlic noodles as well as other variations on crab and shrimp. Plan on spending at least 520rmb for a crab. They weigh around 1 kg and can easily feed 2-3 people with some sides.
