Colagreco is the namesake restaurant of Michelin-starred Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco. Unlike his adjacent tapas and cocktail lounge, the focus of the menu French in style and execution, but more Mediterranean in flavor. Specialties include seaside flavors like a tartare of shrimp, scallops and oysters or stuffed red mullet over a chickpea stew. Elsewhere he makes subtle homages to Latin America, like a chocolate ganache topped with maté tea ice cream.
