This is an exact copy of the well known Mister Pancake House restaurants. They've even reproduced the menu exactly, even the prices. This one's close to Fudan University so they're probably aiming for the student crowd. They even do delivery for the lazy pancake craving in the area. Taste is pretty similar too, maybe slightly worse, on the upside you don't have to queue for a table.
