This cocktail bar specializes in whisky and what you can do with it. It's an elegant, split-level space, with walls covered with bottles and cheeky quotes about booze. The menu starts with about a dozen pages of single malts and blends, but is back up by a page of bourbon and three or four pages of cocktails, most of them making some use of scotch or bourbon. The results (all around 68rmb) are excellent -- low on frills and sugary additives, high on skill and quality. Add beautiful glassware, a well-dressed crowd and friendly, competent staff and you have a recipe for what might be Jing'an's best cocktail bar.
