Tam is a Shanghai lifer who used to have a whisky bar on Yongfu Lu. This is more of a cafe sort of place, though they do have Guinness and Carlsberg on tap, plus spirits and whisky. Sandwiches, pasta, soup and cake are on the menu and they have a good coffee machine. There's room for about 20 people to sit down, including at some outdoor breakfast counter stools outside. Nice place for a coffee on a sunny afternoon or an afternoon pint in the sun.
