Situated in Rockbund's YWCA building, La Societe is a posh Cantonese restaurant a chef, sommelier and GM from three-Michelin-starred Lung King Heen at the Hong Kong Four Seasons. These guys do high-class food with expensive ingredients—lobster noodles, abalone tarts, foie gras in abalone. Plan on spending a lot of cash here, but plan on leaving thoroughly impressed.
