Set up in 2013, this is a tech-repair and retail shop. They've got your routers and TVs, water softeners and air filters on top of the usual knick-knacks and devices; headphones, music-players, laptops, GoPros and drones, smartphones, tablets, printers, speakers, software. They don't do serious repairs in-shop, but they'll pick up your device from your home for 100rmb if you're in Pudong, or 150rmb if you're within reasonable distance in Puxi, which is a nice touch if you don't feel like schlepping it over the river. The staff speaks English and they're pretty quick and friendly. They also offer tech support for private clients and SMEs, including IT outsourcing and wifi installation.
