• To ensure medical safety, doctors at the Easy Prescription Refill Clinic only provide basic consultations for patients with external hospital records or first-time follow-up visits at SinoUnited Health. They do not interpret test/examination results. First-time patients should be aware of this before booking.
• Prescription medication amounts are determined by the doctor based on medical safety regulations.
• Self-pay patients can refill chronic disease medications for up to 3 months.
• For general illnesses, follow the doctor's medical advice.
• Medication inventory is subject to change—some medications may not be available for same-day pickup, but requests are usually fulfilled within 3 business days.

The following cases are NOT suitable for the Quick Refill Clinic:
- First-time hospital visits or unclear diagnoses
- Patients requiring treatment adjustments, condition consultation, or interpretation of test results
- Requests for injectable narcotics, muscle injections, or intravenous medications
- Requests for off-label use of medications
