Shanghai is rolling out the Bund light show again this year for the October holidays. Want to go see? The big show runs every night from September 30 to October 7 (inclusive), from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The show itself lasts about five minutes and will run every half hour (6.30, 7, 7.30, 8, etc.) The skyscrapers alongside the Huangpu River will also be lit and become part of the scene. The bureau that handles the show is recommending people to watch from the North Bund or Lujiazui for the best view, though no doubt the Puxi side of the Bund is going to be very busy. Remember, there are also road closures for the holiday. See those here and plan your route accordingly.
