Think you're quick behind the wheel? ASR Motorsport is daring you to prove it—one lap at a time.
The 2025 ASR TC1 Lap Challenge is now live at Tianma Circuit, and the rules are simple: show up, strap in, and set the fastest single lap in ASR's purpose-built TC1 prototype racecar during a public practice session. No traffic, no gimmicks—just you and the stopwatch.
What's in it for you? If 20 challengers show up, the fastest driver of the day bags a 3,000rmb cash prize and a 20,000rmb car purchase voucher. That's on top of eternal lap-time glory and probably a few DMs asking if you're free for driving lessons.
The Ride:
You'll be driving the ASR TC1, a lightweight track machine built for pure performance:
- 220HP high-rev engine with switchable power modes
- 6-speed sequential gearbox with intelligent shifting
- Mid-engine, RWD layout with 50:50 weight distribution
- FIA-grade safety, active rear wing, and full carbon body for ultimate grip, safety, and speed
This isn't a go-kart. It's a street-legal fighter jet in a racing suit.
What You Need:
- A driver's license: A drivers license from another country works, as long as it's valid
- You must purchase track day insurance (The track fee and daily insurance fee are included in the Smart Ticket below)
- Full FIA-spec safety gear (helmet, race suit, gloves, shoes, HANS) – they have gear available to use onsite, no need to pay extra
- 2,488rmb per session (sessions last 25 minutes), which covers the car, the gear, the time slot, and all of the track-day assitance. There is, however, another 500rmb track fee. Altogether, with all the bells and whistles, the fee comes to 3,028rmb
- 20,000rmb refundable deposit (zero damage = full refund), transferrable by WeChat or Alipay
