The guesthouse features cozy rooms, a communal dining area, and an outdoor terrace perfect for soaking in the fresh air. While amenities are thoughtfully designed for both humans and pets, please note that the guesthouse does not have an elevator.

• 07:30 – Meet nearby Yuyuan Garden
• 12:00 – Arrive in Ningguo for local lunch
• 13:30 – Check in to hotel; free time to explore surroundings
• 14:00 – Private lake cruise
• 17:00 – Return to hotel for dinner and social time

Day 2 – Hiking & Caves

• 08:30–09:00 – Breakfast
• 09:00 – 10 km hike
• 12:00 – Local lunch
• 14:00 – Explore illuminated local caves
• 16:00 – Return to hotel; free time
• 17:30 – BBQ dinner and socializing

Day 3 – Final Hike & Return

• 08:30–09:00 – Breakfast

Difficulty: Moderate – Trails include stairs, uneven paths, and some steep sections. Not suitable for beginners or children under 12.

1. Avoid feeding dogs too much before long trips to prevent car sickness.

Dog seat on the bus: 50 RMB 

Only applicable if your dog(s) cannot fit under your seat or on your lap, then they will need to buy their own seats on the bus. (more than one dog can sit on a seat as long as they all fit comfortably.

Room Arrangement Policy

If booking alone, there will be an additional charge for a private room. However, guests who are open to sharing a room may inform the event organizer, and efforts will be made to match them with another single participant. Please note that a shared room arrangement is not guaranteed, and if no suitable match is found, the private room supplement will still apply.

• The remaining balance must be paid directly to the event organizer. Please ensure payment is completed as per the instructions provided by the organizer to confirm your participation.

Cancellation Policy

• 500 RMB deposit required to secure booking.
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.

*Trip will only proceed if 7 or more rooms are occupied. In the event of insufficient participants, guests will be notified one week in advance, and a full refund will be provided.

*Please note that your booking is confirmed only when full payment is made. Seats are limited. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend, but rescheduling to another trip is not permitted.
