In this Shanghai Young Bakers class, a chef will teach participants how to prepare the classic cream puff cake known as "Saint-Honoré". Learn about the many pastry techniques involved, including custard cream, cream puffs, Italian meringue and handmade puff pastry. Class is for adults only, and will be held at the SYB Baking Center in Putuo district from 9.30am to 1pm. Price is at 380rmb per head. Participants get to bring their culinary creation back home. All profits support the Shanghai Young Bakers charity program.
