This exhibition is Lari Pittman's first solo museum show in Asia and includes over 30 of his paintings and sketches from the past 12 years. It explores themes related to modern life. The show provides an overview of Pittman’s work and his artistic development over the last decade. A bilingual catalog in Chinese and English will be available, featuring recent writings about the artist and his work. Over his 40-year career, Pittman has developed a distinctive visual style characterized by layered techniques, symbolic motifs, and unique color palettes. He has exhibited widely, including a notable retrospective at the Hammer Museum at UCLA in 2019.
