This winter and spring, a bilingual camp in central Shanghai is offering kids (ages 7–11 and 12–17) two weeks of Mandarin practice mixed with cultural workshops, sports, field trips, and a bit of “learn by doing” adventure. Running in three sessions—Dec 15–26, Dec 29–Jan 9, and Apr 6–17—the program comes in both day camp and homestay formats, priced at 14,990rmb (day camp) and 29,990rmb (homestay camp) per two weeks, with early-bird discounts available. The idea: language immersion without the boredom, plus a chance to make friends in an international setting.
