Starting January 6th, Paulaner Shanghai Restaurants will offer a Spring Festival Afternoon Tea Set featuring a selection of treats, including focaccia bread with Parma ham, vine tomato salsa with balsamic and olive oil, Mediterranean prawns with hash browns and sauce remoulade, and chocolate Sacher cake, accompanied by a pot of fruit-flavored hot tea or ginger tea.
