Xishan Island, the largest island in Taihu Lake, is a hidden treasure just waiting to be explored. Covering 79.8 square kilometers, it’s a place where nature, history, and culture intertwine to create a truly magical experience. Known as the "Pearl of Taihu," Xishan is home to 41 of Taihu's 72 peaks, offering breathtaking landscapes, serene hiking trails, and a rich tapestry of ancient history.

Difficulty: Beginner - The hike is 8-10 km in total, with a 1.5 km uphill section at the beginning. After the initial climb, the trail mostly follows a flat ridge with stunning sceneries along the way. Hike will be done at a relaxed pace with breaks along the way.

Dog Fee
*Max 7 dogs allowed for the trip. Please confirm with event organiser before deciding to bring your dog.
*Trip is kid-friendly for children aged 7 and older who can handle an 8-10 km hike. Babies and toddlers are not recommended, as the trail is not stroller-friendly. Parents must supervise their children at all times.
