The 1515 West Chophouse & Bar features a three-course brunch sharing menu for two, including a 1515 Butchers Sharing Board with items such as Uruguayan WAGYU M6 flank steak, half roasted chicken, New Zealand lamb chop, and pork sausage. On 19 and 20 April from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., guests staying at the hotel or dining at any of its restaurants can join Easter-themed activities at Café Liang, including games and workshops such as egg painting, puzzles, and face painting.
